Leah is Manager, Finance and Operations at Leading Edge, where she works with the team to translate operational and financial insights into program and strategy. Leah previously served as the Executive Programs fellow, where she helped plan and manage our executive programs in addition to supporting the growing number of Leading Edge program participants and community members. Prior to joining Leading Edge, Leah worked for the American Jewish Committee’s Project Interchange. In her various roles, she actively participated in the planning, recruitment, and execution of delegations to Israel for high-level thought leaders, including government officials, diplomatic leaders, and prominent media professionals. Leah attended the University of Michigan, where she received her undergraduate degree in Economics and Hebrew and Jewish Cultural Studies. Leah holds an MBA in Non-profit Management and a Master’s in Jewish Professional Leadership from the Hornstein Program at Brandeis University and is a recipient of the Nachshon Project Graduate Fellowship.
