Meagan Pollack (she/her) is Director, Conferences & Events at Leading Edge. As part of the Programs Team, she has the opportunity to lead learning and connection experiences for leaders across the Jewish nonprofit sector. She is passionate about creating powerful, engaging, and seamless events that drive transformational outcomes for participants.

Previously, Meagan spent nearly two decades leading large scale events, projects, and operations in the non-profit sector, in the EdTech arena, and within performance sports brands. At Teach For America, she led dozens of major events including the NYC Gala, the Educators Conference, regional alumni summits, and small group intensive retreats for key alumni stakeholders such as the Native Alliance Initiative. During her tenure at Curriculum Associates, she led a dynamic team that coordinated the logistics for tens of thousands of professional development events for educators annually. She began her career as an elementary science teacher, serving as a Teach For America corps member in Houston.

Meagan graduated from the University of Florida, with a focus on international relations including public health in developing nations. She lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband Todd, and her daughter, Mackenzie. She is an active community member and currently serves on the Board of Directors for The Front Door Agency, a local non-profit organization who aims to eliminate homelessness in the region.
