    This resource lays out six steps for boards and leaders to create and implement a formal executive evaluation process. These steps will help guide you toward an evaluation process that is (A) appropriate for your organization’s culture and needs; (B) tailored to your organization’s clear and specific goals; and (C) equitable, accurate, and unbiased.
